Regional Traffic Count Program
RTC has maintained a regional database of traffic counts since 1980. From this section of our website you can locate historical data at over 600 intersections across the county. We also offer historical Columbia River crossing data here..Go to Regional Traffic Count Program page.
Regional Travel Demand Model
RTC provides a variety of travel demand forecasting services to our member agencies using RTC’s Regional Travel Demand Model.
Portal Data Archive
The archive contains, in a single location, historical and real-time transportation data from agencies in the Vancouver-Portland region. This one-stop information warehouse can be used by researchers, planners, traffic engineers, and the public to look at multimodal transportation performance throughout the region. Congestion Management Process
