STBG Urban/CMAQ/CRP Evaluation

- Mobility, 22 Points
- Multimodal/Operations, 18 Points
- Safety, 22 Points
- Economic Development, 22 Points
- Financial/Implementation, 15 Points
- Sustainability/Air Quality, 11 Points (Air Quality points are tripled for CMAQ/CRP projects)
STBG Rural Evaluation
Following application submissions, RTC staff will do an initial screening of the applications to insure they meet the following criteria:
- Consistent with the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP), and local comprehensive plans (Projects that add capacity must be listed in the RTP)
- Federally classified facility of Urban Collector or above (map)
- Primary purpose of project is not preservation or maintenance
- Reasonable cost estimate and request is consistent with regional cost limits
- Reasonable timeline for implementation
