Interface: Clark County Field Equipment - Clark County Maintenance Vehicle
Information Flow Definitions
asset ID (Future)
A unique identification number and optional additional information. This flow represents the output of an RFID tag that is used for identification and tracking of assets, including both passive and active RFID tag technology options. For active tags, additional stored information that conveys additional information about the asset (e.g., lot number, production date, service data) may be provided along with the unique ID.
environmental sensor data (Future)
Current road conditions (e.g., surface temperature, subsurface temperature, moisture, icing, treatment status) and surface weather conditions (e.g., air temperature, wind speed, precipitation, visibility) as measured and reported by fixed and/or mobile environmental sensors. Operational status of the sensors is also included.
environmental sensors control (Future)
Data used to configure and control environmental sensors.
infrastructure monitoring sensor control (Future)
Data used to configure and control infrastructure monitoring sensors.
infrastructure monitoring sensor data (Future)
Data read from infrastructure–based sensors that monitor the condition or integrity of transportation infrastructure including bridges, tunnels, interchanges, pavement, culverts, signs, transit rail or guideway, and other roadway infrastructure. Includes sensor data and the operational status of the sensors.
roadway dynamic signage data (Existing)
Information used to initialize, configure, and control dynamic message signs. This flow can provide message content and delivery attributes, local message store maintenance requests, control mode commands, status queries, and all other commands and associated parameters that support remote management of these devices.
roadway dynamic signage status (Existing)
Current operating status of dynamic message signs.
traffic detector control (Future)
Information used to configure and control traffic detector systems such as inductive loop detectors and machine vision sensors.
traffic detector data (Future)
Raw and/or processed traffic detector data which allows derivation of traffic flow variables (e.g., speed, volume, and density measures) and associated information (e.g., congestion, potential incidents). This flow includes the traffic data and the operational status of the traffic detectors
traffic image meta data (Future)
Meta data that describes traffic images. Traffic images (video) are in another flow.
traffic images (Future)
High fidelity, real–time traffic images suitable for surveillance monitoring by the operator or for use in machine vision applications. This flow includes the images. Meta data that describes the images is contained in another flow.
video surveillance control (Future)
Information used to configure and control video surveillance systems.
