WSDOT SWR Personnel Device

Description
Smartphone–type devices carried by WSDOT maintenance and construction personnel in the field. Used for asset inventory tracking. Also representing potential future CV–based safety devices for maintenance and construction personnel to provide safety messages and warnings of vehicle intrusions in work zones. WSDOT currently uses "LED Flares" safety devices for personnel in the field, which activate safety lighting patterns and are location–enabled for tracking purposes.
