Statement
Provide a transportation system that reflects community vision and community values.
Description
The MTP identifies a transportation system that reflects the views, values and vision of the community. As its basis, the MTP uses the community vision of local Comprehensive Plans. The MTP also reflects the community's willingness to invest in the transportation system. During the MTP development process, public comment will be sought and shall be reflected in the adopted Plan.
