Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council, in coordination with local governments, is seeking responses from professional consultants experienced in providing intelligent transportation system and transportation operations activities. The purpose of this RFQ is to hire a firm interested in providing professional consultant services for the Vancouver Area Smart Trek (VAST) Work Program. Specifically, consultant assistance is required in helping to advise and carry out a work program for: VAST Committee attendance and support; transportation system management and operations policy and planning; intelligent transportation system (ITS) project implementation and integration technical support; and ITS, communications and network technical support. Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 4:00 p.m. on May 29, 2013.
