Vancouver, WA – Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) is seeking statements of qualifications from consultants to provide technical assistance to the Vancouver Area Smart Trek Program for transportation system management and operations and intelligent transportation systems.

Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 7, 2017.
