Vancouver, WA – The Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC), in coordination with the regional study partners, is seeking responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from firms interested in providing consulting services for the Urban Freeway Corridor Operational Study.

Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 4:00 p.m. on June 12, 2018.
