Vancouver, Washington -- RTC, in coordination with local governments and Washington and Oregon Departments of Transportation, is seeking responses from professional consultants experienced in conducting transportation feasibility studies. The purpose of this RFQ is to hire a firm interested in providing professional consultant services for Phase I of the SR-35 Columbia River Bridge Feasibility Study. Phase I would define the scope of work including purpose, need, partners, public participation, study content/analysis, decision-making hierarchy and products.

Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by November 24, 1998.
