Vancouver, Washington - Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) is seeking statements of qualifications from consultants to provide technical services in assessing a broad range of policy options for the reduction of regional per capita vehicle miles traveled and the reduction of transportation-related greenhouse gas emissions within Clark County, Washington, using VisionEval.

Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 6, 2024.
