The Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC), in coordination with the regional study partners, is seeking responses to this Request for Qualifications from firms interested in providing consulting services for the I-205 Bus on Shoulder Feasibility Study. Specifically, consultant assistance is requested to provide support for the planning phase of the Study which will outline the policy, technical, engineering, and cost considerations for a successful BOS operation.

Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 4:00 p.m. on November 12, 2015.
