Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) is seeking a contractor to provide for the collection of train, classification, turn, and origin/destination counts in the Bingen, Washington, area.

Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 4:00 p.m. on August 2, 2016.
