The Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) is encouraging public comment on regionally significant projects proposed for the 2017-2020 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). Copies of the Draft TIP will be available for review at RTC's office, 1300 Franklin St, 4th Floor, Vancouver, Washington, or may be downloaded here.

The Transportation Improvement Program is composed of regionally significant transportation projects, to be implemented in the next four years, which address the regional transportation system needs within Clark County, Washington.

Written comments should be sent to RTC, PO Box 1366, Vancouver, WA 98666-1366 or use the public feedback form. The formal public comment and review period will run from August 31, 2016 through October 4, 2016. Comments can also be made in person at the 4:00 p.m. October 4, 2016, RTC Board meeting at 1300 Franklin Street, 6th Floor Hearing Room, Vancouver, Washington.

This public notice of public involvement activities and time established for public review and comments on the TIP development process will satisfy the FTA's Program of Projects requirements.
