Vancouver, WA – Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC), in coordination with the regional study partners, is seeking responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from firms interested in providing consulting services for Smart Communities Assessment for Transportation and Stakeholder Engagement.

Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 13, 2019.
