Vancouver, WA – Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) is seeking responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from firms interested in providing consulting services to assist RTC in developing a Regional Active Transportation Plan for the Clark County region.

Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 8, 2019.
