RTC SS4A Safety Action Plan: Consultant Services

Vancouver, WA – Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC), in coordination with the regional study partners, is seeking responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from firms interested in providing consulting services for the development of a comprehensive safety action plan for the Clark County region.

Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 18, 2023.
