Vancouver, WA – Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) is seeking statements of qualifications from consultants to provide professional consultant services for assisting RTC in developing Regional Signal Timing Plans for the Clark county urban area. Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 11, 2023.
