Vancouver, WA – Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) is seeking a contractor to provide for the collection of traffic count, travel time, auto occupancy, and other traffic data.

Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 1:00 p.m. on April 8, 2024.
