Vancouver, Washington - Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) is seeking public comment on its draft 2024 ADA Self Evaluation and Access Plan. The public comment period will run through August 30, 2024. The draft ADA Self Evaluation and Access Plan is a comprehensive ADA review of all programs, activities, and services operated by RTC. The ADA Self Evaluation and Access Plan includes information on whether RTC employees and officials understand ADA requirements and know how to arrange auxiliary aids and services, it provides a review of RTC services, activities, and program policies and procedures to ensure they are providing equal opportunity for people with disabilities, and it surveys facilities that RTC uses to determine whether there any physical barriers to accessing programs. The draft ADA Self Evaluation and Access Plan is available for review online at www.rtc.wa.gov/info/ADA.
