Vancouver, Washington -- Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) has issued a proposed update to their public involvement plan. This plan relates to its work in regional transportation planning and programming.

The proposed public involvement plan is available for review at RTC and their web site (www.rtc.wa.gov). Comments on the plan will be received by RTC (contact info below) until September 28, 2001.
