Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council, in coordination with local governments, is seeking responses from professional consultants experienced in conducting regional freight transportation planning. The purpose of this RFQ is to hire a firm interested in providing professional consultant services for the Clark County Freight Mobility Study. Specifically, consultant assistance is required in helping to advise and carry out the freight planning study including freight planning information, freight data collection and compilation, map making and report writing as part of the study. Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 4:00 p.m. on February 19, 2009.
