Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council, in coordination with local governments, is seeking responses from professional consultants experienced in providing transportation management and operations activities. The purpose of this RFQ is to hire a firm interested in providing professional consultant services for the Vancouver Area Smart Trek: Management and Operations Work Program. Specifically, consultant assistance is required in helping to advise and carry out a work program to: develop a long range management and operations plan; identity and develop improvement strategies for a specific corridor; implement top priority improvements for the corridor; and implement a data archive system for Clark County transportation data. Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 4:00 p.m. on May 20, 2009.
