Vancouver, WA – The Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council is inviting public comment on proposed amendments to the Regional Transportation Plan for Clark County. The RTP is the long-range transportation plan to meet forecast transportation needs in Clark County to year 2040. RTP amendments are proposed to maintain consistency between state, regional and local plans.

Proposed amendments to the RTP affect some WSDOT and Clark County projects identified in the transportation plan. The amendments result from the outcomes of WSDOT and RTC transportation planning studies and update to Clark County’s Capital Facilities Plan completed since the RTP was adopted in March 2019.

The public comment and review period will continue through September 6, 2021. Proposed RTP amendments may be reviewed and comments submitted at: https://www.rtc.wa.gov/programs/rtp/clark/amendments/
