Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council, in coordination with local governments, is seeking responses from professional consultants experienced in conducting bridge studies. The purpose of this RFQ is to hire a firm interested in providing professional consultant services for the SR-35 Columbia River Crossing Study. Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 4:00 p.m. on December 16, 2009.
