Vancouver, Washington -- Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) invites all public agencies and non-profit organizations in the Clark, Skamania, and Klickitat County region to submit application for federal Transportation Enhancement funding. Applications for Transportation Enhancement funding will be due to RTC by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 8, 2010. Applications must be submitted electronically to RTC at info@rtc.wa.gov (File size is limited to 4MB). Applicants are encouraged to submit only their top two projects.

All public agencies and non-profit organization are eligible to apply, but each project must be administered by a Certification Acceptance agency. No local match is required, as award amounts are provided with a federal share of 100 percent. Project must be ready to proceed within two years and include at least one of the twelve qualify activities.
